Standard Shipping and Delivery Policy of Sales – INDUSTRIAL WIRE BRUSH
Thank you for visiting and ordering at industrial-wire-brush. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Standard Shipping and Delivery Policy of Sales.
Definition: “SELLER” means ‘INDUSTRIAL WIRE BRUSH’, “PURCHASER” means such Person or Persons, Firm, Company, Government or other Authority who buy or agree to buy from the “SELLERS” and shall include, inter alia wherever the context so permits, their representatives, successors and assignees.
Terms of Delivery
Delivery shall be deemed completed once the goods are handed over to the carriers, whether Public or Private, and goods so delivered, shall be at the risk of the purchasers unless otherwise specifically agreed, Purchaser may at their own option, insure the goods thus delivered for Transit risks, at their own cost.
The Sellers assume no responsibility whatsoever for losses, damages, shortages, or breakages in transit.
Sellers shall be deemed to have fulfilled an order/contract by delivery of the quantity, with the goods ordered and Purchasers shall pay the contracted rate for the quantity actually delivered.
Market Rate/Price
Sellers shall not be responsible for any reduction in the market rate / s of raw materials and or other inputs, and the price, once charged, shall be deemed to be applicable as on the date of dispatch and delivery.
Delayed Payment
Payments delayed by Purchasers beyond agreed terms shall attract overdue interest @24% p.a. of delay, prorated, entirely at the discretion of the Sellers.
Waiver
Any waiver by the sellers of any of their rights under these conditions shall, in no way, be deemed to be an omnibus waiver, not impede their rights in any way contained under these conditions.
Shipment processing time
We ship all our orders/products by the VRL Logistics Ltd / TCI Express Transport or DTDC / Shree Maruti Courier. It takes normally 5-10 working days to reach to any location in India. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
To ensure safe delivery of all our products the same are carton box with jute bag.
Shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at website.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive an email notification confirmation your order, payment and address details.
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a dispatch email confirmation that your order has been shipped. This email will include the Consignment Note Number information as well as to the Transport/Courier website which would display the estimate delivery date of your order. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Our Website https://iwb.websites.co.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Our Website industrial-wire-brush is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We are currently shipping only within India. If you like abroad, and you will like to place an order with us, please contact us on industrialwirebrush2006@gmail.com and we try to fulfil your order.
